Elections of the Yerevan Council of Elders shall be held under the proportional electoral system.
Election results of the members of the Yerevan Council of Elders shall be summarised by the procedure for summarisation of voting results of elections under the proportional electoral system of the National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia.
Elective numbers must conform to one another. Obviously, the discrepancy between election figures shows that in the polling station there was a deviation from the laws. The fact of discrepancies between the election numbers proving to falsification of elections, often considered as technical error as not influenced on result of election, and that in this case, the vote and their results are forged to be ignored.
